What a great day. A little cool in the am, but it was great cycling weather. We rode about 5 miles from the hotel to Manhattan Beach, and then did the wheel dip, and took some pictures. The ride to the beach was nice, and there was a beach bike path for part of it.
Here are a couple of pics of us leaving the hotel and getting to the bike path, and then the pier.

Here are a couple of pictures of another bike path that we took, and a nice palm tree covered street that we were on for 10 miles. The rest of it was urban traffic, although there were bike lanes, it was still busy, and it was Sunday....thank goodness. No pictures of that, you can imagine.
